Reena Bajwa

I am Reena Bajwa. I am from Chandigarh. My father is a small private job and I have 3 sisters. When I completed my 10+2, I was not able to decide that in which stream I should pursue my higher education. Every professional course demands a lot of money which my family can't afford, and then a ray of hope appeared to me. I came to know about Rai foundation, which is a philanthropic organisation working for upliftment of underprivileged girls. I got selected for 100% scholarship under GGGS programme ofRai Foundation.

I got enrolled in bachelors in journalism mass communication and advertising, which was interest and passion too. I am studying in final year of my course and now I am working as a TV anchor in channel 1. I am getting Rs. 8000 as salary. I am really thankful to Rai Foundation, Specially Vinay Rai Sir and Rinchen Dolma Ma'am.

Thank you, Rai Foundation.
